If you are able to locate and get the correct parts needed at a retailer, we encourage it; however, we will not warranty the parts but we will warranty the labor and the installation. We will tell you what parts you will need and we will write it down for you so you know exactly what to purchase. I have often seen too many of my competitors force you to spend the extra money on their parts but we do not do business that way!

So on top of the 110% customer service we offer, we also offer consumer education. We will explain what we are doing and why. We will explain what each part does that need replaced or that you want to add on to your PC, Server, or network. We will give you information as to what the different technologies are and we will also be offering classes on particular items such as network utilization, RAM, processors, network interface cards and much more. So we are not only looking to fix or install your products but also to make sure you know how to use them properly.

The reason we provide a helping hand is simple. It is the foundation of a community. I personally grew up with a single mother who is disabled. Needless to say, I grew up poor. I know the pain, embarrassment and the questions of where our next meal would come from.

Unlike most kids at the age of 11, I held a full time job as a dishwasher while also attending school. I had to do this to help put food on the table and pay our bills. I thank God for the fortune we did possess and I swore as a child that if I ever was in a position to help any and every less fortunate family, I would. So not only is this my core belief, it is also a promise I made to God. I will say this, Jesus is my salvation and my love for Him overflows abundantly.
